Ingredients
Green Bean: 160g
Sweet Potato:250g
Water: 3 litres
Pandan Leaves: 6 pcs
Honeycomb Sugar: 150g
Sago: 30g (optional)
Dried Mandarin Orange Peel: Small portion (optional)
Cooking Method
Wash green beans and soak for 1hour. Wash, peel and cut sweet potato into bite size.
Boil green beans with 2 litres of water and dried mandarin orange peel on high heat for approximately 45 minutes till green beans are softened.
Additional, add 1 litre of water with pandan leaves, sweet potatoes and sago, boil for another 15 minutes.
When sago turns transparent, turn off heat and add honeycomb sugar to taste. Serve
